Orders & Processing

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed within 1–4 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 5:00 PM PT or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t entered processing, we’ll try to help. Contact info@nomirose.com with your order number immediately. Once processing or shipment begins, changes/cancellations aren’t possible. You may still submit a return per our policy after delivery.


Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

How long does delivery take?
Standard U.S. transit time is typically 7–15 business days after the handling time. You’ll receive a tracking email soon after your order ships.

How much is shipping?
Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

How do I track my order?
A tracking link is emailed once your package ships. You can also review our Shipping Policy for details.

What if my order is delayed or lost?
Carrier delays can occur (weather, volume, events). If your package hasn’t arrived by the end of the 8-19 business day window, email info@nomirose.com with your order number and we’ll investigate.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return window?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

What condition must items be in?
Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Who pays return shipping?
Customers cover return shipping for non-defective items. For defective or incorrect items, we cover the resolution per our policy.

Do you offer exchanges?
No exchanges. If you need a different size/color, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.

How do I start a return?
Email info@nomirose.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return instructions. Do not send returns to our business or registered address, as it is not a return facility. Return instructions and shipping details will be provided once your request is approved.

When will I get my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Your bank/card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. See the full Returns & Refunds policy for details.
