RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

1. Intro

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and refunds.

2. What Products Can Be Returned

You may return most new, unused items within the return window below.

Eligible for return:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed items

  • Items with all original tags and packaging

  • Regular-priced items

Not eligible for return:

  • Intimate apparel or undergarments

  • Swimwear (if worn)

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Gift cards or final-sale items

If you're unsure whether your item is returnable, just reach out before initiating a return.

3. Return Timeframe

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

4. Item Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Be returned in the original packaging

  • Include all tags, accessories, or inserts

  • Have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

5. How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at info@nomirose.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item if it arrived damaged or incorrect (optional but helpful)

Once approved, we'll send return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Note: Returns must be authorized first. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

7. Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you need a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.
